Delivery Returns Payment About Us Warranty
We offer Australia wide Delivery with all items. In most cases, your item is on its way to you the same day you pay. If advert doesn’t show a delivery price, please send through your postcode so we can get you an accurate postage quote.
This happens with the large & bulky items as the cost can differ quite a bit depending on the destination. With these items please let us know if you don’t have a forklift or similar at your location. As you will require a specific type of delivery service.
Please remember If the courier is unable to unload your item, it will be returned to the closest depot. You can also arrange to pick up from the depot with a ute or trailer this will save you some money as well.
If the item has been removed from the vehicle and is on the shelf at the time of purchase it’s dispatched the same day. There may be a slight delay if we need to remove it from a vehicle.
The bigger the job the bigger the delay. Any dealy should be no longer than 24 hours.
We believe the most important part of a sale is getting you the parts as quickly as possible. So, we put a priority on any eBay sales ensuring the parts leave ASAP.
We add tracking numbers to eBay once your item is in the hands of the courier. You can track your items online.
Returns are an inevitable part of dealing with second-hand auto parts. Our policy is we will supply you a replacement part if the initial part is found to be faulty.

Please read the Terms and Conditions of our warranty carefully. We ask you to follow these conditions to keep your warranty intact.
1. The Purchaser acknowledges that the goods are second hand and in a satisfactory condition and parts are supplied are as requested.
2. Replacement warranty terms are 1, 3 & 6 months as specified in each advert. Warranty periods may be longer if stipulated in the advert.
3. The warranty period begins strictly from the date of invoice. There are no exceptions.
4. All Deposits paid will be deemed as a purchase order and are non-returnable. EZE Auto Parts will not accept returns due to incorrect diagnosis or the item is no longer required.
5. Under no circumstances will re-worked or goods with any signs of tampering be accepted for credit.
6. All engines are sold as bare long. Any attached accessories are not covered by warranty and are left on engines for your convenience only. They do not affect the price.
7. Warranty will be void if an incorrect fitting is found to of caused the issue, lack of lubricant or faulty cooling system causes damage.
8. Warranty does not cover oil leaks. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the condition of all gaskets and oil seals.
9. Electrical items will have a limited warranty period specified in the advert or at the time of purchase. EZE Auto parts Us will not accept returns on electrical items due to incorrect diagnosis.
10. All goods remain the property of EZE Auto parts until full payment is made and all cheques have cleared.
11. Please ensure proof of purchase is kept such as receipt or credit card statement. Failure to provide this could result in the return not being accepted.
12. Any damage to the product caused by misusing it will void warranty.
13. Returns will not be accepted if the complaint is regarding any fault that was known to the buyer prior to purchasing. This includes descriptions of items listed online.
14. We cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect diagnosis. If you are unsure what the issue is, please have it diagnosed correctly.
